Watch Wealdstone FC play at St George's Stadium until end of season
WEALDSTONE'S FC ground will be called St George's Stadium until the end of the season after one of Harrow's two shopping centres won the naming rights in a raffle.
Dozens of local businesses took part in a draw - held before the club's postponed fixture with Ashford Town - to have their company's title adopted by the 2,387-capacity Grosvenor Vale in Ruislip.
Steve Kent, manager of St George's Shopping Centre in St Ann's Road, Harrow, said: "We are pleased to have been able to support our local team for so many years and it's great to see them doing so well."
Wealdstone FC chairman Howard Krais said: "St George's Shopping Centre has been a long term supporter of the club and we look forward to deepening our relationship with them in the coming months."
The football club is currently vying for a place-off place in the Ryman League Premier Division, three rungs below the professional league.
